As the name implies, the #beachfront condo is located right on the beach in Bucerias. It is a new building where owners and visitors can take in unobstructed views of the entire bay. A comfortable place to sit on the patio and watch the dolphins and paddle boarders enjoy the calmness of the early morning ocean and at night watch the sunset set over the horizon with your favorite glass of wine in hand.

Our clients reached out to us while the building was still under construction. They needed someone to be their “boots on the ground” because they were unable to be in town to oversee completion. We met regularly with the developer at the site to verify their requested changes were made and to photograph the construction progress. The design brief was an interior with a modern aesthetic with an emphasis on quality and original pieces.
